Twenty seven attended our March dinner meeting that was held at the Shanghi Mandarin Restaurant. Our Lake Assessment Committee made a report to the Membership prior to our meeting with our Senior & Small Fish Biologists. We also asked our Members to identify the four Trout Strains that are current stocked in Region 3 lakes. Pennask, Horsefly, Fraser, Valley, and Blackwater. Go Fish B. C. is an excellent resource for stocking & species information.

The other topic is the list of lakes that will or may suffer winter kill this spring. It could be precedent setting for Region 3…time will tell.

Sixteen attended our Method Session/Fly Tying 101 that was held at the Henry Grube Centre. Andrew Hall tied his Mayfly & Shrimp fly patterns. The tying video is on our website for Members to view.
